Privacy Policy
Merchants who register with Geoxies are entitled to certain privacy protections, detailed on our Privacy Policy page on this website.
Information Sharing
Clients commit to sharing with Geoxies information requested for the purposes related to our mission, in accordance with our privacy policy. Clients commit to sharing accurate information and not to willfully misrepresent their business or enterprise or any way. Clients verify that their business is a legitimate one operating in accordance with United States laws.
Merchants who enter into our client sharing program will have access to data from other businesses on the condition that they share certain information requested of them for use by other businesses in the sharing program. While merchant information is shared, it will be done so in a way that does not allow anyone to trace any specific information back to any particular merchant. Also, while merchant data will be added to the aggregated set of data used in the sharing program, a merchant's involvement in the program or with Geoxies will not be made known to other participants (i.e. - participants are not made aware of who else is in the program) unless they provide explicit permission.
The program does allow merchants the option of interacting with other merchants in the sharing program, for the purpose of sharing information. Geoxies does not guarantee the validity of any information shared by one of its merchants to another merchant.
Electronic Communications
As part of our merchant service, we may send periodic updates and/or promotions by email to our registered participants, and may also announce promotions to clients through our website. Clients agree to receiving these notices.
Conduct Policy
Merchants agree to represent themselves, and any data related to their business, accurately to Geoxies and, for those communicating with other clients, to other merchants. Merchants agree to be responsible with data assigned to them by Geoxies, and with data obtained through Geoxies or other merchants. Merchants will not needlessly expose credentialing information (name, password, etc.) to third parties or otherwise risk the compromising of said information through negligent behavior. Merchants are responsible for the protection of their own credentialing information. Merchants will not provide data obtained from Geoxies or from other merchants in the sharing program to any business or person not involved in that program. Merchants will conduct themselves, in their interactions with Geoxies' staff and other clients, in a courteous, respectful and professional manner. Merchants verify that they are a legitimate enterprise operating in accordance with United States law, at the time of registering and at every point therefrom. Clients who violate one or more of the above terms of conduct acknowledge that Geoxies reserves the right to suspend or terminate their membership.
Copyrights, Trademarks
Any software or services provided by Geoxies are the sole property of Geoxies and may not be copied or used by anyone else except as clients of Geoxies, and in accordance with the terms stated herein. Any writings of, or data provided by, Geoxies to merchants is intented for use within the Geoxies service and is not to be utilized or applied to any outside enterprise.
Clients also agree not to delete or modify any material provided to them by Geoxies, or any material otherwise made available through the Geoxies website or company services.
Disputes
Any disputes that arise between Geoxies and a client is to be handled by an official United States arbitration court.
